Katrina and the Team

Katrina and the Team are a real estate team serving the Metro Vancouver area and they wanted to rebrand their business. They needed a brand audit to analyze the current state of their brand assets and messaging; a logo redesign to better define their brand identity and values and reach their target audiences; creation of brand personas to help them target their messaging and strategy; a brand playbook to refer back to for their future marketing endeavors; and a website update to reflect their new branding.

The Outcome

They successfully applied their new branding to a state-of-the-art website, van wraps, new business cards, and other marketing collateral for their team members. Their new branding helps them stand apart and better represents their values. The large ampersand isn't just a design element plucked from their name - it's a symbol of how Katrina and the Team do MORE for their clients. The ampersand represents the one feature that sets their team apart - the impressive and incredible list of complementary services that they offer their clients.
