Zilker Flats
Located at 1213 Hollow Creek Drive, Zilker Flats offers home ownership in one of Austin’s hottest neighborhoods. Located in the heart of 78704 and around the corner from some of Austin’s most desirable attractions like Barton Springs, the Umlauf Sculpture Garden, Zilker Park, and Downtown Austin, this 48-unit complex is recently renovated with beautiful high-end finish out and modern appliances. The team behind Zilker Flats needed a name, brand, website, and content for their project.
The Outcome
Zilker Flats sucessfully launched their condo project and quickly sold out of the first two phases of their project. The brand design, website design, and video ad that Brand + Design + Create put together, as well as the social media ad capaign helped to get the word out about the new project and led to early success.
