Cerca at the Domain
Cerca at the Domain is a newly renovated condominium complex located off of Metric Boulevard in North Austin, near Allendale and The Domain. The complex will be heavily associated with the Domain and represents a unique for-purchase product in a market that is primarily rentals.
Cerca at the Domain needed a branding, website design, and marketing campaign put together in order to gauge interest, gain feedback on pricing, develop an email interest list, and promote the sale of the property.
The Outcome
Cerca at the Domain successfully launched their condominium project and followed it quickly with a sister project, Cerca South Austin. Cerca at the Domain continues to attract buyers with its beautifully renovated interiors, highly desirable location, and eye-catching branding.
